In 2024, Ntate Jane launched the BoyStrong Initiative to address the lack of structured mentorship, leadership training, and personal development programs for young boys. Many boys in underserved communities grow up without role models or guidance, making them more vulnerable to negative peer pressure and social challenges that limit their potential.
Since its introduction, BoyStrong has positively impacted over 70 boys in Zonkezizwe, Katlehong, equipping them with the confidence, discipline, and life skills needed to navigate school and personal challenges successfully.
Through mentorship programs, leadership-building workshops, and sports-based engagement, BoyStrong creates a supportive environment where boys can develop resilience, responsibility, and self-worth.
